Flat rate $7.9 shipping fee will be applied to orders under $200. Free shipping for orders over $200.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will have additional charge based on the weight and dimension of the shipping box.
For orders shipping internationally, please consult with our customer service before placing the order online.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Box address unless the order is less than 1 lbs.
Return:
ITC supplies offers one year warranty for all compatible and remanufactured products from the date of purchase. To return a defective product, simply complete the RMA form and we will send a return shipping label to ship the product back to our returns department. The credit usually gets processed with 15 business days. For non-defective product returns, customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and any defective return products need to be at least 85% full.
